I’m Ewan, a growth and marketing consultant.
Nearly two decades of experience in business development and integrated marketing has taught me that strong relationships and a proactive mindset are the key to unlocking a business’ potential.
Whether it’s strategic growth, marketing communications or experiential expertise, my approach is all about positivity and collaboration.
I believe the best way to help a business achieve their goals is helping them to celebrate what makes them different and give them the confidence to sell that.
Throughout my career, my colleagues have commented on my enthusiasm, communication skills and ability to bring out the best in teams. This has even earned me the nickname Ted (after Lasso). I can’t promise any folksy American charm but get in touch if you want a partner to navigate growth and marketing challenges.
My experience
I have a broad range of experience working in agencies, in brands and alongside some of the world’s largest businesses.
My career started life in the world of experiential and events teaching me the vital skills of organisation, relationship building and problem solving. I quickly progressed within the marketing industry, working for several creative and integrated agencies. I enjoyed running teams to deliver end-to-end marketing services for brands such as:

– TESCO
– BMI Airlines
– UK Government
– Specsavers
– Menzies
– IRN-BRU
– Barratt Developments PLC.
Business development and growth quickly became part of my day-to-day. In my time in this world I’ve led pitches, run sales teams, enhanced many credentials and RFI documents, developed growth strategies, created campaigns, implemented CRM systems and helped deliver sustainable growth for a number of the UK largest marketing agencies.
After nearly two decades in the industry, I’m now enjoying supporting businesses, clients and teams navigate their unique challenges to market, communicate and grow.
I’m a positive, enthusiastic collaborator and I really enjoy building relationships. I like nothing more than thinking creatively, strategically and analytically to get the best results.
In my personal life, I love being outdoors – I’m a keen photographer (all the site imagery is my own) and an amateur dog walker!
Other than that life is filled with playing football, watching live sport, socialising and eating out, and racking up miles on my bike.
